you have Apple’s
iTunes free music
software (it works on both a PC and a Mac), just click on this button to be automatically subscribed:
In iTunes’ Preferences, you can preset your Podcast settings,
as to how often iTunes will look for new episodes and how long
they will be saved on your computer. So follow the steps above
and add Harvest’s messages to your iTunes.
